VALVOLINE FLUID ANALYSIS PROGRAM

Business owners who depend on their equipment know that keeping assets fully operational is essential to profitability. Any period of unexpected downtime can have serious consequences for the bottom line.

Sound maintenance decisions begin with an accurate picture of your equipment's current condition. Having access to a complete diagnostic overview would make it far easier to identify the right maintenance approach for every piece of equipment in your fleet.

Valvoline Europe, in collaboration with Polaris Laboratories, has developed a premium value-added service designed to deliver exactly that — the Fluid Analysis Program.

At its core, the Fluid Analysis Program functions as an essential health check for your equipment. It is a preventative maintenance tool built around the monitoring, reporting, and interpretation of fluid condition data.

Lubricants, coolants, and greases play a direct role in how well your fleet and equipment perform, providing critical protection to engines, hydraulic systems, gears and transmission systems, and cooling systems alike.

Through Valvoline's Fluid Analysis service, engine oils, coolants, and greases can all be evaluated.

Every sample undergoes a defined set of standard tests. Should the need arise, advanced testing options are available upon request at any time.

Results are typically delivered within 48 hours of the laboratory receiving the samples. Reports are distributed via email and/or made accessible through your Horizon® mobile app and online dashboard.

The laboratory classifies findings using five severity indicators on a scale of 0 to 4. Any observations rated Abnormal (3) or Critical (4) are flagged and immediately escalated to Valvoline's Technical team.

Once Valvoline has completed its assessment, the report is released and a notification is pushed to your mobile device. Where necessary, Valvoline may contact you directly to discuss recommended preventative actions and potential improvements.
